| 简介 | 唑菌酮又称粉锈宁,学名1-(4-氯苯氧基)-3,3-二甲基-1-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-丁酮,高效内吸性杀菌剂,兼有保护、治疗作用。唑菌酮为无色固体,熔点82.3°C。难溶于水,易溶于环己酮、二氯甲烷,微溶于异丙醇和甲苯。在pH为1和13的介质中,20°C,放置7天仍稳定。 又称粉锈宁,学名1-(4-氯苯氧基)-3,3-二甲基-1-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-丁酮,高效内吸性杀菌剂,兼有保护、治疗作用。唑菌酮为无色固体,熔点82.3°C。难溶于水,易溶于环己酮、二氯甲烷,微溶于异丙醇和甲苯。在pH为1和13的介质中,20°C,放置7天仍稳定。该农药剂型有:50、250g(有效成分)/kg可湿性粉剂,100g/l乳油和10g/kg粉剂。急性毒性LD50值;对大鼠经口为363~568mg/kg,经皮大于1000mg/kg(见农药)。唑菌酮于 1974年由联邦德国拜耳股份公司开发并工业化。主要用于防治蔬菜、谷物、咖啡、苹果、梨和柑橘等作物的白粉病和锈病。通常使用的药液浓度为每100l含2.5~6.2g有效成分,约相当于一般杀菌剂的十分之一。也可用于麦类拌种,防治白粉病、散黑穗病、条纹病等。唑菌酮生产所用中间体(见染料中间体)是频哪酮,它可由丙酮和镁在氯化汞存在下反应制得,或由2-甲基-2-丁烯与甲醛反应制得。唑菌酮的制备是先将对氯苯酚与氢氧化钠反应生成对氯酚钠,再与α-溴代频哪酮反应生成α-对氯苯氧基频哪酮,然后与溴反应生成α-对氯苯氧基-α-溴代频哪酮,最后与1,2,4-三唑反应生成唑菌酮。
