性状： 盐酸万古霉素是一种糖肽类抗生素，为万古霉素的盐酸盐，常温下为白色或类白色结晶性粉末，其作用机制是以高亲和力结合到敏感细菌细胞壁前体肽聚末端的丙氨酰丙氨酸，阻断构成细菌细胞壁的高分子肽聚糖合成，导致细胞壁缺损而杀灭细菌。
盐酸万古霉素作用特点
1. 对革兰阳性菌有较强的杀菌作用，对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌等有较强的抗菌活性;
2. 对厌氧链球菌、难辨梭状芽孢杆菌、炭疽杆菌、放线菌、白喉杆菌、淋球菌、草绿色链球菌、牛链球菌、粪链球菌等也有一定抗菌作用。
3. 对多数革兰阴性菌、分枝杆菌属、立克次体属、衣原体属或真菌均无效。
临床上适用于治疗由耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌及其它细菌所致的感染：败血症、感染性心内膜炎、骨髓炎、关节炎、灼伤、手术创伤等浅表性继发感染、肺炎、肺脓肿、脓胸、腹膜炎、脑膜炎、伪膜性肠炎、皮肤和软组织感染等。青霉素过敏者的肠球菌心内膜炎、棒状杆菌属(类白喉杆菌属)心内膜炎治疗的首选药。

Property: Vancomycin is a glycopeptide antibiotic, vancomycin hydrochloride, at room temperature for white or white crystalline powder, its mechanism of action is with high affinity to the alanyl alanine sensitive bacterial cell wall peptidoglycan precursors at the end of the block polymer, composed of peptidoglycan synthesis of bacterial cell wall, resulting in killing bacteria defect of cell wall.
Usage:
1. pairs of strong bactericidal effect of gram positive bacteria, has strong antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae, etc.;
