盐酸赛庚啶又称二苯环庚啶，偏痛定、乙苯环庚啶、安替根，是一种六氢吡啶类抗组胺药，可与组织中释放出来的组胺竞争效应细胞上的H1受体，从而阻止过敏反应的发作，解除组胺的致痉和充血作用，本品具有较强的H1受体拮抗作用，抗组胺作用比扑尔敏、异丙嗪强。有轻、中度的抗5-羟色胺作用及抗胆碱作用。

用途: 用于治疗荨麻疹、皮肤瘙痒、过敏性鼻炎。
