氟喹诺酮类抗生素药:
盐酸莫西沙星是由是由德国拜耳医药开发的一种氟喹诺酮类抗生素药，作用机制及体外抗菌谱与其他氟喹诺酮类药物相似，但对革兰阳性菌和厌氧菌的抗菌活性与曲伐沙星 (trovafloxacin)相似，优于某些老品种。与其他氟喹诺酮类药物相比，对本品耐药的革兰阳性菌很少或耐药性产生很慢，在革兰阴性菌和肠球菌中发现了与其他氟喹诺酮类药物之间的交叉耐药菌。但本品至少对金黄色葡萄球菌分离菌珠grlA，grlB，gyrA或 gyrB有效，本品0.5～2 mg/L可抑制耐环丙沙星的金葡菌，按MIC从大到小排列依次为环丙沙星，氧氟沙星，左氧氟沙星，司帕沙星，莫西沙星。
用途：盐酸莫西沙星可用于治疗金葡菌、流感杆菌、肺炎球菌、黏膜炎莫拉菌、肺炎杆菌等引起的社会获得性肺炎，慢性支气管炎急性发作，急性窦炎等。
用途: 是一种抗生素用于治疗成人细菌感染肺、鼻旁窦、皮肤、腹腔。
用途: 第四代超广谱喹诺酮类抗生素

Property: Moxifloxacin hydrochloride is a fluoroquinolone antibiotics by the German Bayer pharmaceutical development, spectrum similar to other fluoroquinolone antibacterial mechanism and in vitro, but for gram positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria and antibacterial activity of trovafloxacin (similar to trovafloxacin), better than some of the old varieties.
