药理毒理：本品作用迅速，是目前临床应用的高效外用皮质类固醇中药效较强的一种。具有较强的毛细血管收缩作用，其抗炎作用为氢化可的松的112.5倍，倍他米松磷酸钠的2.3倍，氟轻松的18.7倍。全身不良反应为氟轻松的3倍，无水钠潴留作用，有一定的促进钠、钾排泄作用。
用途：1、丙酸氯倍他索为人工合成的高效局部外用糖皮质激素类药物。具有较强的抗炎、抗瘙痒和毛细血管收缩作用，其抗炎作用约为氢化可的松的112.5倍，倍他米松磷酸钠的2.3倍，氟轻松的18.7倍。同时具有抑制细胞有丝分裂的作用，能有效地渗透进皮肤角质层。
2、外用适用于慢性湿疹、神经性皮炎、银屑病、掌跖脓疱病、扁平苔藓、盘状红斑狼疮等糖皮质激素,外用治疗有效的瘙痒性及非感染性炎症性皮肤病。
3、具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗增生、免疫抑制作用。
可复方产品：酮康唑。硝酸咪康唑，维A酸 做乳膏和擦剂。
