苯噻啶

性质: 类白色针状结晶，无臭，味苦。熔点147.5—151.5℃。能溶于乙醇、氯仿等有机溶剂或酸溶液，不溶于水。以2-氯甲基噻吩为原料经多步反应合成而得。为镇痛药。主要用于治疗典型及非典型的偏头痛，也可用于慢性荨麻疹、房性及室性早搏。
用途：
苯噻啶又称新度美安、苹果酸苯噻啶，是一种化学合成抗组胺药，其化学结构类似塞庚啶和阿米替林，具有很强的抗5-羟色胺及抗组胺作用和较弱的抗乙酰胆碱作用，为预防偏头痛常用药物之一。
1. 本品尚有抑制缓激肽(BK)对末梢神经的致痛作用和镇静、抗抑郁作用。
2. 本品可降低对乙醇的耐受，可加强安定剂、镇静剂及三环抗抑郁药的作用。
临床主要用于典型和非典型性偏头痛，能减轻症状，减少发作次数及持续时间，疗效显著，但对偏头痛急性发作无即刻缓解作用，也可试用于红斑性肢痛症、血管神经性水肿，慢性荨麻疹、皮肤划痕症等。另有报告，苯噻啶可用于类癌综合征所致的腹泻和面部潮红、颈动脉痛、真性红细胞增多引起的瘙痒等
