目前银杏黄酮类化合物提取分离方法很多,但多数集中于传统分离技术的应用,在提取成本、提取率等等方面还需进一步提高。此外,超声波提取和双水相提取连用技术,超声波和微波联合提取等技术也开始应用于银杏中黄酮类化合物提取分离,并且效果不错。为了使银杏等中药材能更好的造福社会,显然,从分离学的角度分析,新型分离技术中的耦合与集成技术应有更佳的应用前景。
