原药毒性
低毒。原药雄性大鼠急性经口为LD50大于2150mg/kg；原药雌雄大鼠急性经皮LD50大于2000mg/kg；原药在各实验剂量下，无致生殖细胞突变作用；AMES实验，原药的致突变作用为阴性；原药在实验所使用剂量下，无致微核作用；亚慢性经口毒性的最大无作用剂量为 20.16mg/kg'天；原药对皮肤无刺激性，对眼睛有轻度刺激。对人、畜、鱼、鸟、蜜蜂、青蛙、有意生物、天敌和农作物安全，对环境无污染。
应用范围
20%龙克菌（噻菌铜）SC主要防治植物细菌性病害，已经试验示范推广登记的作物病害包括水稻白叶枯病、细菌性条斑病、柑桔溃疡病、柑橘疮痂病、白菜软腐病、黄瓜细菌性角斑病、西瓜枯萎病、香蕉叶斑病、茄科青枯病。

Physical and chemical properties
The appearance of the technical grade is yellow-green powdery crystals. Its specific gravity and melting point are 1.94 and 300 centigrade respectively. It is indissoluble in water and most of organic solvents, and slightly dissolves in dim ethyl form amide. The appearance of the formulated product � Longkejun 20% SC is yellow-green thick liquid with 1.16-1.20 of the specific gravity and 4-8μm of the fineness. Its pH value is 5.5-8.5 and suspensibility is greater than 90%. Longkejun 20% SC is stable at the temperature of 54�2℃ for 14 days or in 0℃ for 7 days. It is also very stable in the acid conditions but easily decomposes in strong alkalinity.

Special action mode: The thiazole group has special effect on bacteria and the ionic copper has a good control efficacy on fungi and bacterial.
Toxicity
(1) Acute toxicity: The oral LD50 of the technical grade to female rat is 2, 150mg/kg. The oral LD50of the formulated product to rat is greater than 5050mg/kg. The dermal LD50 of the technical grade and the formulated product to rat is both greater than 2000mg/kg.
(2)No mutagenic effect to germinal cells has been observed in studies at different dosages of the technical grade.
(3)Ames test of the technical grade is negative.
(4)No mutagenic effect to micronucleus has been observed in studies at different dosages of the technical grade.
(5)The no effect level of the subchronic oral toxicity is 20.16mg/kg per day.
(6Technical grade has no irritation to skin and slight to eye.

Longkejun 20% SC has two active groups which show fungicidal effect. One is thiazole group, which has no inhibiting effect on bacteria outside of plants. It is presents highly effective inhibition inside the plant. The active ingredient of Longkejun 20% SC taken up by the plant causes severe damage to bacteria and results in the cell skin of bacteria thinning to die. The other is copper ion, which has strong inhibiting effect both on fungi and bacteria. After exchanged with positive ions such as H, K on the cell surface of disease- producing germs, copper ions of product bring on protein of cell membrane curdled and killed germs. Some copper ions, penetrated into cell of disease-producing germs and combined with some kinds of enzyme, affect the energy of cells of disease-producing germs and result in enginery maladjustment. As a result, the disease-producing germs die because of crock up. Under the combination action of those two active groups, Longkejun 20% SC, in a word, can provide perfect fungicidal effect on different target.
Efficacy
Longkejun 20% SC is widely used to control more than 60 kinds of bacterial and fungi diseases. The main target pests are follows.
Bacterial diseases: bacterial leaf spot and leaf blight of rice, root rot of rice plant, canker of citrus, canker of shaddock. Angular leaf spot of melon, angular leaf spot of legume, soft rot of cabbage.
Fungi diseases: scab of citrus, scab of shaddock, leaf spot of banana, leaf spot of Logan, leaf spot of peanut, wilt of watermelon, anthracnose, damping-off and ring rot of crops.
Prevention and treatment objectives
1.Rice Bacterial cercospora spot, bacteria leaf-blight, base rot disease, lobus-apicalis withered disease and seedling rot disease etc.
2.Orange: Orange, shaddock Canker, scab disease, anthracnose, diplostomiasis, bleeding disease and yellow spot disease etc.
3.Tropical fruits: banana leaf spot disease, anthracnose, dragon eye leaf spot, pineapple stem rot disease, core rot disease, litchi anthracnose, mango anthracnose, leaf spot, black rot and scab diseases etc.
4.Fruit trees: Various anthracnose, canker wheel vein disease, leaf spot disease, brown blotch, diplostomiasis, persimmon angular leaf spot disease and bacterial root cancer disease etc.
5.Melon and vegetable: Cabbage soft rot, bacterial angular leaf spot, anthracnose, root-root disease, base-rot disease and leaf spot disease etc.
6.Cotton: Bacterial angular leaf spot, anthracnose and leaf spot disease etc.
7.Flower and plant, seedling: Leaf spot, canker, anthracnose, root-rot, base-rot, leaf spot disease etc.
8.Others: Sweet melon bacterial angular leaf spot, tobacco angular leaf spot, peanut leaf spot, withered disease, ginger febrile disease, bean bacterial leaf blight and various anthracnose, wheel vein disease, brown blotch, base-rot disease, dost-rot disease, leaf spot, withered disease and root-rot disease etc.
Use method
1.Spray: 500-700 times thin spray for general crops, it's better moist the leaves 100-1500 times rough spray or pouring the base for root diseases and 100 g for rice/mu.
2.Application: Preventing mainly. It's a best effect while preventing the diseases at the beginning of the disease period. If the disease is serious, prevent them once every 7-10 days and continuously for several times.
Precaution
1.When using, first use a little water to mix the suspending agent into concentrated liquid and then add water to thin it.
2.This agent belongs to the low toxin pesticides, but you should observe the safe operation rules and regulations while using it.
3.The crops, which have sensitivity to copper, must be used carefully or have a trial to be used at the flower period and young fruit period, such as the apple, pear, persimmon, plum, apricot and peach etc.
4.This agent can be mixed with the fungicide, acaroids and disinfect under the stable acid condition, but not mixed with the alkalinity pesticide. When both drugs are missed, first add the water into one kind of drug to be thinned and then add the another kind of drug to be mixed. |
